I just noticed last night that there is an issue with selecting smilies when mobile browsing on my forum. The issue is difficult to explain succinctly. If you scroll down in a topic and click the smiley icon in the toolbar, it takes you to text entry. If you rotate the phone to landscape mode, the smiley tabs appear, but you have to scroll down a bit to see them, and the area to select a smiley is very narrow. If you didn't know to rotate to landscape mode, you wouldn't be able to see any smiley options.
I think part of the problem is that I have the floating navbar enabled. How do I disable that just for mobile?
Unrelated question~ I also noticed that while I have added this code to extra.css to hide the staff banner in posts, it still displays in the mobile browser. How do I fix that?
