Social icons - new positions

In our next release (2.0.10) we've finally made the social icons a little more useful . Previously they were limited to custom includes and the footer blocks. We've added a lot of options to create some nice areas to showcase them:

First, the original header position:

Next the screenshot shows all the other options checked.

• Show in the breadcrumbs (sits outside of them)
• Add to the existing default footer link), they inherit the padding + font size
• Add below existing footer blocks, can make for a nice look if your description is short like my example below
• Add below or above the custom footer, this has always been one of my favorite locations to add social icons so it's included
