Fixed Some issue with 2.0.4

I am getting some issue after 2.0.4 update.

Style are out of box in mobile browser.

Style are not load from Maximum page width by default. It's load by default from Alternate Page Width.

Sidebar collapsed by default.

Are you sure you didn't toggle those options first? I don't see a way of them being collapsed by default without you actually toggling them.

There's a bug with the latest update, I'm sending out a quick patch which disables the toggle until I sort it out. For now just go to: Style Properties -> Page Setup, remove the alternate width. Also: Style Properties -> Sidebar -> Sidebar Collapse, disable this too. Looking at the fix immediately... no matter how much testing we do!

Going out today, problems should all be sorted and went ahead and patched a few other minor bugs.
