Staff image on profile page

When you go onto a profile page of a staff member, the staff member icon/image does not fit in with the overal design, is there a way to make it like the way it shows in posts? (I'm using the latest 1.2 version of the style)

I approached the badges wrong for the latest release which I'll adjust in the next one.
