Add extra border bottom to :

Style Properties -> Building Blocks -> subheading, should do the trick use the xenbasecolor1

Tried the above styling and does not work with new beta 5...
Just tried the same and it seems that the style ignores the colour you tell it to use for the bottom padding and instead uses xenbasecolor1 (or the body bg colour, they're both the same in my case). The padding size itself still changes correctly, just not the colour.

Ah, you have this CSS on the same SP page:

border-bottom-color: @corehexcolor;

It therefore ignores whatever you select and uses this colour from your palette instead.

Whoops forgot, guess I did change it :), I removed the line on the image and made it be controlled by that color in the style properties, basically so folks who wanted no border could have no border :)
