Sub-forums, strange arrangement

But wouldn't it make more sense to be like this:

It's a Google Chrome issue.

Previous screenshots were in Chrome.

This is IE.

Firefox appears to be loading good as well, I'll see if I can't figure out what's going on with it.

I have been avoiding Chrome as of lately... but it seems like it's getting more and more buggy somewhat.

Seems like it worked on one block? And not the other one?

and still issues here after the change of extra.css

Both OK in IE still.
