Tickets Implemented Tagging and Alerts

    hi @NixFifty

    when you push to out the new update , is there implement the tagging from user and that we receive a alert that some ticket is opening ? ATM i can't tagging or become some alert when a user is opening a ticket .

    Alerts is planned and I think working for the next update. I would have to confirm tagging.
