XF 1.x Template merge

Hi, could you tell me what edits need to be made to manually merge the outdated templates for 1.4.2?

We will be releasing a update later today. Nothing major was updated in the templates so you are safe to run it until we get the update pushed out. Also have some minor fixes on Apex so hang tight on making any changes unless you followed the install procedure of adding a child style to Apex.
