Tickets Ticket Display Option

    Currently, you can only view Open/Closed/Locked tickets. It would be good to be able to see the whole ticket system, regardless of the ticket status

    I brought this up in Slack today, I agree when clicking on tickets you should be able to view all tickets. Of course Open tickets would be at the top of the list I'd feel. I don't like the idea of a filter basically being applied when you click on tickets.

    I don't think the average user will find their closed tickets easily.
