Ticket system agent anti-collision system?

    Hello, does the ticket system have this feature? so just one agent will reply instead of 2 or more at the same time?

    At the moment no, you can assign tickets to specific users to avoid multiple people trying to reply but nothing past that.

    Excelent! It would be great if it becomes part of it.. Currently i'm looking for a forum software, im a former owner of IPB and currently i own WBB, but now i want to move and i was between Xenforo and IPB but now that a ticket system exist for xenforo i can see who is going to be the clear winner. This is essential for my consulting business. Thank you. i appreciate your help. Happy 4th of July!
