Hi,

I am thinking about buyiung the Tickets but have some questions first

1. Can it be set to allow custom user group I create?

2. Can guests submit tickets, or do they need to be regisered on the forum?

3. How does it notify the group for answering tickets?

4. Can past tickest, be seen once they been closed, by the answer group and the forum member?

1. Can it be set to allow custom user group I create?
Yes, ticket categories can be restricted to only certain groups.
2. Can guests submit tickets, or do they need to be regisered on the forum?
At this time, they must be registered but guest support is planned.
3. How does it notify the group for answering tickets?
Through alerts though these are not fully functional and will be in the next update.
4. Can past tickest, be seen once they been closed, by the answer group and the forum member?
Yes. More work will be done to further expose historical ticket data but the basic premise is there.
