Updated Zipped Outdated Templates

I just updated zipped and I now have the templates outdated and it will not merge, tell me it must be done by hand?

Easy way is to simply open it, click "View Custom Changes" to see what you've changed in your template. You'll see a few areas where we've updated it, usually code in red I believe is the stuff your template is missing.

Maybe you added a new sub-nav link to forums. Copy the template into like notepad, click revert on the template then re-apply the change.
