Tickets Variables in Predefined Ticket Responses

    A predefined response always needs to be edited by the staff member to fill in the final details.
    The username and the staff member name for example. It would save time if these would be filled in automatically by using variables.

    For example:
    Dear $username,

    Your email address $useremail has not been verified yet. Please activate your account by verifying your email address. Instructions and helpful information can be found here:
    Please read the whole page.
