Where is the Sidebar Collapse Button?

I am not seeing a sidebar collapse button, even though it's enabled. Please help. Thank you.

It only shows in the breadcrumb itself. So disabling the breadcrumb on the forum page would disable it from showing.

Style Properties -> Breadcrumb -> Disable Breadcrumbs on forum index

Also, typically Zipped has the "Shift Breadcrumb" checked I believe the way it's setup.
