Widgets slightly overlapping Forum Index on top/bottom

It seems my blocks are too close to the Forum Index. (on top the Recent Media widget, and on bottom the ad/facebook blocks) They are very crammed into the forum index, slightly overlapping. I would like there to be a little bit of space between them. Any ideas?

Go to: Style Properties -> [XB] Forum Node List -> Forum List Section Man

Remove the 0 margin from there to see if that helps.
