This is how XF handles the avatars now on XF2. There are no more oddball sizes as in XF1. You can drag the avatar around to change what you want shown:

Drag the avatar inside this box you'll see what I mean.

size is not important

This isn’t a style related issue at least from what I gather. XF2 won’t allow non-squared images. Do you have the same problem on the default style?

yes in all themes..

Yes so as I said this isn’t a problem, it’s how XenForo approaches it. I don’t know of a way around it, you’ll need to post on the official forums as this isn’t a style problem nor something I know how to help with.
