Footer?

I have Core 1.1.5 every thing is installed and working wonderfully, however, for the life of me I can not figure out how to get the footer to look like the footer in this picture:

Can some one please tell me specifically how to accomplish this?

You'll need to enable the advanced footer, browse to style properties under appearance, then [XB] Footer you'll see all the options there, let me know if you need help with it.

Thank you! Ran into some difficulty when activated as the link boxes were something like 100x100 pixels each. Figured out where I could minimize link box height.
