How can you reduce the space around the logo?

So the logo I want that in its original size, as specified in the style settings. But for some reason something is adding a lot of "filler" above and below the logo. I tried looking in style options and general XF options, but can't find anything meaningful to change.. What can I adjust to reduce this?

Check Style properties -> Header & Navigation -> Header/logo row. I think you might have a large padding top/bottom set there. Just eliminate it.
