APEX - Just cant find these colors in help page and personal account

I can not for the life of me find these colors as shown in screenshot. Been trying to find to hover color and whats already highlighted (Your Account) when you access these 2 pages.
Would love some more help please guys thanks

building blocks>>heading>>background
with added box-shadow: inset 0px 1px 0px 0px @xbColor3;
im trying to make a archon clone but black.
i understand @primaryLightest had a effect but i needed that for another perpose. thanks.

Ya XF1 kind of has color properties pulled from all over , glad you got it sorted out.

Sorry to reply again to this thread. @primaryLightest effects the hover, and i cant seem to work out the hover color code for extra css to over rule.
this seems to change the background color but not the over color.
eg: .section .navigationSideBar .secondaryContent {
background-color: @xbHeadingBackground; }
and this dont work: .section .navigationSideBar .secondaryContent a:hover
is this even possible please?
