Quick Reply squashed to right on mobile

I've just noticed that my quick reply box is squashed to the right when viewing using a mobile.

Is this a known issue and is there an easy fix?

Hmm, this is how it's showing on a default install of core:

What is yours showing like.

I think it used to be fine so wasn't sure if it was addon related. I'll try disabling a few addons and see.
