With 2.2 officially around the corner, I'm excited to be able to finally share some screenshots on our upcoming styles.

Bolt
Bolt is a clean new approach to your XenForo community. The screenshots do not do it justice and I'm excited to share a live demo in the near future. It's a pleasure to browse, easy to customize, and has some nice unique features.

Bolt is set to go live for purchase when 2.2 is officially out. The other two will follow at a later time.

I'm very sorry about the delays. Time slips away when you're having fun! This year has been filled with a ton of custom projects that take the priority over the release of pre-made styles.

I still intend to release more styles. I have a few practically ready to go, but just will need more time.

How is it going? :)

2.3 we'll resume releasing styles again. I understand 3.0 will break styles, but will not wait for that to come to get new things out. I'll address 3.0 problems when it comes.
Are you gonna stick to XenBase and make new style from it for 3.0 or you gonna go with a brand new XenBase framework like style and make the new style base on it?

I wonder if XenBase gonna be end of life or not.

At the core of it all, XenBase is really meant as a framework to let communities quickly customize styles without having to do much HTML/CSS editing. That's going to be the goal for 3.0 as well. I'm going to assume 3.0 is going to be a dramatic change in the sense that I'll need to just recode everything from scratch and nothing can really be used from the current build. That also means more than likely the upgrade path for your styles will not exist and will need to be redone. I'm speaking blindly here as I have no idea what they have planned.

It's also too early to say if all of my current styles will be ported over to 3.0. The popular ones for sure, but I wouldn't mind focusing on newer styles. Some of my styles were released over 11 years ago and my design taste along with web trends have definitely changed since then :D.

I might end up doing what I did with the 2.0 transition where I release less of the existing styles but bundle them into updated styles as a child styles (Core got my old Gamer Time and Zipped styles as an example). This was a nice trade-off as it was fewer styles to maintain, but users still got options of the older versions if they wanted them.
